Q: Will you send me updates on my pet?
A: Absolutely! We appreciate your trust in our care and will provide pictures and other info to keep you updated on how your pet(s) is doing.

Q: What animals do you provide care for?
A: We can care for most any type of pet you have, from cats and dogs to bunnies, guinea pigs, hamsters, and ferrets. Chances are, if you have a pet you love, we can take care of it!

Q: My pet requires medication. Can you administer it?
A: Yes, in most cases. With proper instructions, we meet your full range of pet care needs.

Q: Is there an extra charge for multiple pets?
A: No, we charge based on the length of the visit. Multiple pets may require longer visits, in which case we will recommend a longer appointment.

Q: What is included in your visit?
A: Our visits include whatever your pet needs while we are there, which may include a walks, food and water, litter box maintenance, and playtime. Of course, lots of love and cuddles can be expected too!

Q: What areas do you service?
A: We mainly service Huntersville, Cornelius, and Davidson. If you’re nearby one of these areas, please call us to see if we are able to come to you.

Q: How many years of experience do you have? Are you insured?
A: We have over 12 years of experience providing pet sitting and dog walking services, as well as over 34 years of personal pet care. We are fully insured.

Q: Are you CPR certified?
A: Yes, we are! We have the experience and training to assess and assist your pet in an emergency situation.

Q: Does Huntersville Pet Sitting require a key to be held at their offices?
A: Yes, We ask that you provide 2 keys, and provide information necessary for entrance to your home.
